Actively Hiring
Build with us.
We run on contracts and the engineers who ship them. The work is fully remote, the pay is per contract, and we hire in eligible regions only.
How to apply- 01
Anti-Cheat Development
You'll work on anti-cheat systems that are already live in client games. The work covers adding new detection capabilities, hardening response infrastructure, and tackling the harder problems that surface once a system has been in production for a while.
- 02
Game Porting Development
You'll bring existing games to new platforms, including PC operating systems, current-generation consoles, and mobile. The work covers the engineering required to run cleanly on new hardware, the performance work needed to fit the target's constraints, and the input and control adaptation that comes with each platform.
- 03
Multiplayer Development
You'll add multiplayer to games that need it. Core netcode, server architecture, matchmaking, and the live infrastructure that keeps an online game running. The work spans new titles being built from scratch and existing single-player games getting a multiplayer upgrade.
We run on contracts. Engineers volunteer for the work that comes in, and you earn a share of every contract you ship.
There are no salaries here. Compensation tracks the work that ships, and that's the only way it works. The studio stays small by design, and the engineers carrying the work share in the upside directly.
Base contract award, per engineer
15%
Every contract pays each engineer a minimum of 15% of the contract value. That's the floor, not the ceiling.
We award higher percentages on individual contracts based on scope, engineering complexity, and how much of the work you're carrying. The 15% number is the starting point, and actual splits land above it more often than at it.
Emergency contracts (24/7 production support, short-notice live response, critical incident work) carry an additional percentage on top of the base, plus monetary compensation outside the contract split. These are the highest-paying engagements in the studio, and we reserve them for engineers who can drop in fast and move with confidence.
- 01
Fluent English
You need fluent English, written and spoken. Project communication, documentation, and live coordination all run in English.
- 02
Eligible Regions
The work is fully remote. We currently take on engineers based in the following countries:
- Australia
- Canada
- Denmark
- Finland
- Germany
- Ireland
- New Zealand
- Norway
- Poland
- Sweden
- United Kingdom
- United States
- 03
Minimum Age 18+
You need to be 18 or older when you apply. Contract work involves legal agreements that require legal adulthood.
- 04
Degree Preferred
A degree is preferred, especially in Computer Science. We also welcome backgrounds in Information Technology, Game Development, and most STEM fields.
- 05
Experience Optional
Whether you're a seasoned engineer or just starting out, what we want to see is the work you can show us. Prior professional experience is not required.
We believe in
second chances.
We're committed to the rehabilitation of registered felons. A felony record doesn't disqualify you from applying or from working with us under contract.
We evaluate every applicant on the work you can show us, the skills you bring, and the role you're applying for.
Send us a short introduction and your resume, and tell us which position you're applying for. Link any work, projects, contributions, mods, or ports you want us to see.
We read every serious application. Even if you cut your teeth on Minecraft mods or cheat clients for video games, reach out. That kind of work is exactly the experience we can use.
